We started Natural Harmonics Financial because good financial management should not be a privilege of companies big enough to hire a controller. Small businesses deserve the same rigour — delivered affordably, and without the jargon.

$35.00 an hour — one rate for every service, with the hours estimated up front, in writing, before any work starts. Plain-language engagement letters. No minimum, no retainer, nothing recurring, and no mystery line items.
Own the standard
Reconciled to the statement. Accrual where it matters. Dual review on the numbers that count. The bar does not move because you are small.
Stay in our lane

San Francisco roots, a nationwide practice.
Our headquarters is in San Francisco’s Financial District, in the City and County of San Francisco, California; we also keep a mailing address in Arlington, Virginia. The work itself is remote-first and secure, so we serve small businesses in every U.S. state and the five inhabited territories — Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
